Siphesihle Mkhize (CEO)
CA(SA), LLB
Siphesihle Mkhize is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing and other related corporate services. A proven leader and strategic thinker, he excels in the financial services and accounting sector, having led various finance departments as a Chief Financial Officer in different government departments and organisations. He boasts a BCompt degree, a BCom Honours in Accounting (CTA), a Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Laws (LLB), he is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and currently sits on various boards and committees, including the Ithala Development Finance Corporation board where he also occupies the position of Deputy Chair.
Vukani Dlamini (COO)
LLB, M Phil, Hons. BCom, BCom, CIA, CCSA, CGAP, CRMA
Vukani Dlamini is an Internal Auditing and Risk Management expert with extensive experience spanning over 20 years. His expertise, leadership skills and success in these fields have been demonstrated throughout his illustrious career. He has held many senior positions leading Internal Audit and Risk Management units in various public sector organisations and government departments. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Master of Philosophy in Internal Auditing, BCom Honours in Internal Auditing and a BCom in Accounting. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIASA) , the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) and currently the Chairperson of the Municipal Bids Appeal Tribunal of the KZN Provincial Treasury.
